New Entry Regulation 2018
To provide a high-quality service to Athletes, Officials and Audience including a smooth and predictable competition flow we have changed the regulation for entries as follows:
For each competition a maximum of accepted entries has been defined beforehand (see table below).
In case the maximum is reached for a competition, the online entry will be closed (independently from the official closing date).
From this point of time onwards, couples have the possibility to subscript online a place at the standby-list. To get onto the list, it is not necessary to pay the entry fee for this standby-competition. The list is ordered by the date and time of the subscription to the standby list (first come, first serve).
Once a place in the official entry list gets available (e.g. due to cancellation), the next listed couple of the standby-list gets an eMail accordingly from Austrian Open Office. In case the entry fee is being paid within 48 (24) hours*, the entry becomes valid and will be shown in the official entry list. In case the entry fee isn’t paid in time, the couple will be shifted back to the end of the standby-list.
All subscriptions remaining on the “standby-list” will be deleted on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018, 12:00 pm. Any places becoming available in the official entry list after this date will be made available only at the check-in desk at the venue on base first come – first serve.
*For any shifts from the Standby-list to the official entry list being possible until October 19th, 12:00pm, the payment of the entry fee needs to be fulfilled successfully within 48 hours from the point of time we send the eMail. Otherwise, the couple will be placed back at the very end of the entry list. For any shifts from October 20th, 0:00am onwards, the payment needs to be fulfilled successfully within 24 hours.
Official Closing Date
Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 12:00 pm (or at the point of time when the maximum of entries for a specific competition has been reached. See above.)
Entry fee per couple:
Entry done by September 30th, 12:00 pm:
First competition at the day: € 38, each additional competition at the same day: € 17.
Entry done from October 1st, 20180 0:00 am until October 31st, 2018, 12:00 pm:
First competition at the day: € 45, each additional competition at the same day: € 20.
Entry after November 1st, 2018, 0:00 am:
First competition at the day: € 50, each additional competition at the same day: € 25.
The payment of the entry fee is possible only by Credit Card or PayPal. The payment is handled by using a button at the online entry form. It is not possible to pay later than during the online entry process. Only prepaid entries will be added to the official entry list. It is explicitly not possible to refund the entry fee for any reason. In case the payment is not fulfilled successfully within 20 minutes after filling in the online entry form, the entry will be treated as invalid and will not be shown in any entry list.
Change of Entry
In case you like to change your entry please send an eMail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the full name of the couple and the TAS-number (you’ll find it at the entry-confirmation eMail) and of course the change you’re asking for.
Checking out / Cancellation
To cancel your entry please send an eMail to: email@example.com.
Any eMails to other recipients will not be processed and you might get the status of “No Show” by WDSF Office!
Please provide the full name of the couple and the competition(s) you want to check out. In case you find your TAS number easily (you’ll find it at the entry-confirmation eMail), please provide it as well.
