Entry Regulation 2021
To provide a high-quality service to Athletes, Officials and Audience including a smooth and predictable competition flow we have changed the regulation for entries as follows:
MAXIMUM ENTRIES PER COMPETITION
For each competition, a maximum of accepted entries has been defined beforehand.
In case the maximum is reached for a competition, the online entry will be closed (independently from the official closing date).
From this point on a waiting list will be in place. The registration for this waiting list is possible during the entry process. The order of the couples in the waiting list will be accordingly to the order of entry.
To get a place in the waiting list the entry fee must be paid in advance. In case we cannot offer a place in the official starting list, we will pay back the entry fee after the competition (that’s the only case of pay back the entry fee).
In case a place in the official starting list becomes available the first couple in the row of the waiting list will receive an eMail. Within 24 hours the place in the official list has to be confirmed by the couple. If the confirmation is not done or is declined, the place in the waiting list gets lost as well as the entry fee and the next couple in the waiting list will be contacted.
With the entry the Athletes Declaration is explicitly deemed to be accepted.
Official Closing Date
Thursday, November 4th, 2021, 12:00 pm (or at the point of time when the maximum of entries for a specific competition has been reached. See above.)
Late Entries
From Friday, November 5th, 2021 00:00 am until Tuesday, November 17th, 2021 12:00 pm late entries will be made available online. After this date, late entries will be possible at the Check-In desk at the venue only.
Generally, late entries are only possible for competitions with entries below the maximum.
Entry Fee

The payment of the entry fee is possible only by Credit Card or PayPal. The payment is handled in the course of the entry process with the online entry form. It is not possible to pay later than during the online entry process. Only prepaid entries will be added to the official entry list and in the waiting list. It is explicitly not possible to refund the entry fee for any reason except described above in the entry regulation section (waiting list regulation).

Change of Entry
In case you like to change your entry please use the link provided in the eMail with the confirmation entry.

Please provide the full name of the couple and of course the change you’re asking for.
Checking out / Cancellation
To cancel your entry please use the li k in the entry confirmation eMail or send an eMail to: checkout@austrianopen.at.or use the link provided in the eMail with the confirmation entry.
Any eMails to other recipients will not be processed and you might get the status of “No Show” by WDSF Office!
Please provide the full name of the couple and the competition(s) you want to check out.
It is explicitly not possible to refund the entry fee for any reason.
